For the preparation of this movement, the system of support and integrated evaluation was implemented at 360 degrees, based on an approach allowing a better development of human resources and greater objectivity in the evaluation of performance, and which places the citizen at the center of the performance evaluation process, said Tuesday, a statement from the Ministry.
This mechanism is based on field visits to the place of work of the authority officer, carried out by committees responsible for meeting and accompanying the authority officer and conduct oral interviews with representatives of various actors related to his professional environment, including supervisors, subordinates and local officials under the security and external services, says the statement.
These interviews also involve broad categories of citizens, including users, associations and economic actors and elected officials.
During this year, which saw the generalization, for the first time, of the implementation of this system to all provinces and prefectures of the Kingdom, more than 700 authority officers (women and men) have benefited, says the same source.
Thus, it adds, based on the criteria of merit and overall assessment of performance, this movement has resulted in the promotion of a total of 315 agents of authority (women and men) working in the territorial administration and central administration of the Ministry of Interior.
Through this movement, the territorial administration has been strengthened by new executives, laureates of the Royal Institute of Territorial Administration, and who are 339, said the same source.
