Rabat to Host Religious Ceremony to Celebrate ‘Day of Mosques’

Rabat – The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs will organize, Tuesday in Rabat, a religious ceremony on the occasion of the “Day of Mosques”.

This ceremony will take place at 20:30 in the large amphitheater of the Mohammed VI Institute for the training of imams, mourchidines and mourchidates, said the ministry in a statement.

“To enshrine the high concern of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, may God assist him, for mosques, it was decided in 2007 to organize each year the Day of Mosques on the seventh day following the Eid Al Mawlid Annabaoui Acharif,” celebrated this year on Sunday, October 09, 2022, the same source said.
