A statement by the ombudsman of the Kingdom said that this memorandum, signed on the sidelines of the International Conference of Ombudspersons and national institutions of human rights, held on October 19 and 20 in Baku, reflects the willingness to respond to complaints and grievances of citizens of both countries in the administrative field.
This memorandum is part of the efforts of the Institution of the Ombudsman of the Kingdom to identify ways to assist citizens, especially Moroccans in the world, and ensure their administrative rights in foreign countries, said the statement.
In a joint statement, the officials stressed that this memorandum of understanding represents an important mechanism that will contribute, in an effective way, to the protection of human rights and bilateral cooperation in the field of trade, noted the same source.
