In a statement to the press, the MP of the opposition in Venezuela, Jose Gregorio Correa, highlighted the importance of his visit to Morocco, calling it “a brotherly country with which we have always maintained very good relations”.
Accompanied by the parliamentarian of the Common Market of the South (Mercosur), Oscar Ronderos, Gregorio Correa said that this visit is part of the parliamentary democracy that “means nothing more than the representation and unification of peoples”.
In this regard, he noted the existence of an important Moroccan community in Venezuela that provides great services to the country.
Morocco and Venezuela are united by a feeling “whose content is that we are one country, and for us, both countries occupy a prominent place in our hearts,” he concluded.
