Magnitude-4.1 Quake Recorded off Driouch Province

Rabat – A magnitude-4.1 earthquake was recorded Wednesday off the province of Driouch, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).

The tremor, whose epicenter is located off the province of Driouch, occurred at 12:06:59 p.m. (GMT+1), said the ING in a seismic alert bulletin.

At a depth of 21 km, the tremor occurred at a latitude of 35.610°N and a longitude of 3.624°W, the same source said.
