Morocco Jumps to 11th Spot in New FIFA Ranking

Casablanca – Morocco jumped eleven places to reach 11th position in the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) rankings, published on Thursday.

With 1672.35 points, the Atlas Lions now lead the African and Arab countries, ahead of Senegal in 19th place with 1603.98 points and Tunisia in 30th.

With this leap, the Atlas Lions are the “Progression of the Year,” having scored 142 points in the last 12 months.

On a global scale, Brazil remains in the lead, followed by world champions Argentina and France.
