Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Thursday in Gray Area

Casablanca – The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened near equilibrium in early trading on Thursday, with its benchmark index, the MASI, registering a slight decline of 0.03% to 10,285.64 points (pts).

A few minutes after the opening, the MASI 20, an index reflecting the performance of the 20 most liquid listed companies, lost 0.05% to 824.84 pts and the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the highest ESG rating as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, lost 0.08% to 782.27 pts.

The MASI closed 0.54% higher the day before.
