Casablanca: Man Arrested for Allegedly Trafficking Drugs, Psychotropics

Casablanca – Casablanca’s anti-gang policemen on Thursday arrested, in collaboration with Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance (DGST), a 40-year-old man for allegedly possessing and trafficking drugs and psychotropics.

The suspect was arrested near Ain Harrouda, immediately upon his arrival in a commercial vehicle from a northern city, reveals a security source, adding that the police have seized two tonnes and 400 kg of drugs Chira.

The accused was placed in custody at the disposal of a judicial investigation carried out to reveal the potential ramifications of this criminal activity and determine all the criminal acts attributed to the suspect, said the same source.
