Football/Friendly Match: Morocco to Face Cape Verde on June 12 in Rabat

Casablanca – The Moroccan football team will face its Cape Verdean counterpart in a friendly match on June 12 at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat.

This confrontation, scheduled at 08:00 pm, will be a test for the Atlas Lions before facing South Africa on June 17 in Johannesburg for the fifth and penultimate day of the qualifiers (Group K) of the 2023 CAN Ivory Coast, writes the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) on its website.

According to the same source, the Chadian referee Alhadji Allaou Mahamat has been appointed to officiate this game. He will be assisted by the Cameroonian Elvis Guy Noupue Nguegoue and the Chadian Issa Aya.
