Rabat – The Forsa program has successfully reached its target of supporting and financing 10,000 project holders in 2022, and this only 8 months after its launch, according to the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social Economy.

In a very difficult post-Covid context, and under the High Instructions of HM King Mohammed VI to promote the professional integration of young people, the Forsa program was launched to instill entrepreneurship among young people and accompany them to create and succeed in their projects, said a statement by the ministry.

At the end of December 2022, 10,000 project holders had received their funding, the same source said, adding that in addition to these 10,000, the funding committees have given their approval for funding to several dozen projects whose ideas were promising. An overperformance for this program.

The payment of the financing of these few tens of project leaders is in progress, stressed the ministry.

In this context, Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social Economy, Fatim-Zahra Ammor, said that “we are proud to have been able to initiate 10,000 projects and realize the dream of 10,000 entrepreneurs for the 1st edition of the program ».

“We could have stopped there, but we wanted to give the chance to more project holders, who can in turn start their entrepreneurial adventure,” she added.
