In a statement issued following meetings held on June 17 and 18 in Baghdad by its General Secretariat and Permanent Bureau, the Federation stressed that “the Moroccan Autonomy Plan within the framework of Moroccan national sovereignty represents the appropriate political settlement of this artificial conflict”.
It also warned of the extreme danger posed by the intensification of conflicts, disputes and armed confrontations in certain Arab countries.
In this regard, the Federation called for an immediate end to the fighting in Sudan, and a return to dialogue as a civilized method of managing and settling disputes.
