“This judgment against the French trade union organization, which is close to Morocco’s enemies, should encourage international investors to invest more in our Southern Provinces, and thus support the development dynamic already underway”, said Aderdour in a statement to MAP in reaction to the judgment.
Aderdour expressed his delight at “this judicial decision, which reinforces the territorial integrity of our beloved Kingdom”, before congratulating “the IDYL company and all Moroccan farmers and exporters from Tangier to Lagouira, for whom the Tarascon Court has rendered justice through this conviction”.
The decision of the French Court of Tarascon, which comes after that of the London Court of Appeal, will undoubtedly strengthen the ties of cooperation between Morocco and its various partners, notably the European Union, and help to “dispel the provocations and hostilities of the puppet entity towards the Morocco-EU Agricultural Agreement on fruit and vegetables”, he said.
