Under the headline “French justice dismisses pro-polisario farmers’ union,” the paper reports that the Confédération Paysanne has been condemned by the Tarascon court in a ruling.
This setback is part of a series of disavowals suffered by the separatists in recent months, the newspaper points out, noting that just a few weeks ago, the London Court of Appeal irrevocably dismissed the pro-separatist NGO’s (WSC) appeal against a previous Administrative Court decision, rejecting its application which sought to challenge the Association Agreement linking Morocco to the UK.
The Confédération Paysanne was seeking to prohibit IDYL, a French company specializing in the marketing of fruit and vegetables from Morocco, including the Southern Provinces, from distributing its products, recalls the media.
