Women’s World Cup-2023 (Preparation): Morocco Lose to Jamaica (0-1) in Friendly

Casablanca – The Moroccan women’s national soccer team lost to Jamaica (0-1) in a friendly match in Australia on Sunday.

The friendly game was part of the Moroccan women’s team’s preparations for the 2023 World Cup, scheduled from July 20 to August 20 in Australia and New Zealand.

The Atlas Lionesses had already played two other friendly matches in preparation for the World Cup. The first, against Italy on July 01, ended in a 0-0 draw, as did the second, against Switzerland on July 5.

The women’s national soccer team is in Group H of the World Cup, alongside Germany, Colombia and South Korea.
