Al-Quds: Closing of “Summer Schools” Program Organized by Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency

Al Quds – The four-week “Summer Schools” program organized by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency under the slogan “Spreading the values of unity and solidarity” wrapped up on Wednesday in Al-Quds.

More than 3,000 children in four schools and nine centers throughout the Holy City benefited from the program.

The program, in which the Directorate of Education took part alongside 12 social institutions in Al-Quds, included entertainment and leisure activities, through show games for children and their families, games of intelligence, entertainment and carnival evenings, and puppet theater, with the participation of specialized artists.

The program also featured education and training courses, including thematic workshops in the arts, music, theater and sports, as well as specialized workshops on modern languages, best practices for preserving the environment and natural balance, and communication and media technologies.

The Association of the Moroccan Cultural Center “Bayt Al Maghrib” organized, in collaboration with the main social clubs of Al-Quds, the “Green March” festival in Beit Hanina, Al-Issawiya, Jabal Al-Mukaber and Hay Al-Nassara, which was well attended by families and Makdessis artists, whom the Agency is keen to involve in its artistic and entertainment activities and events during the holy month of Ramadan, and at other times, to support them in pursuing their constructive and beneficial artistic activity.

The “Summer Schools” program enshrines the role of the school in spreading the values of unity and solidarity among Palestinian generations through the largest gathering of children in Al-Quds, both in terms of numbers of beneficiaries and supervision.
