Four Dead, 39 Injured in Accident on Marrakech-Agadir Highway

‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌​ ​ ‌​ ​ Agadir – Four people were killed and 39 injured in an accident Thursday morning on the Marrakech-Agadir highway in the rural commune of Amskoroud.

The accident occurred following a collision between a bus and a truck, said a source at the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection of Souss-Massa, noting that the four people died on the spot, while the intervention of the authorities has allowed 39 people to be transferred urgently to the Hassan II regional hospital of Agadir.

Ten injured would be in serious condition, while the other cases are still under observation after receiving first aid, added the same source in a statement to the press.
