Morocco Partakes in 2022 UCI Road World Championships in Australia

Casablanca – Morocco has secured its ticket for the 2022 UCI Road World Championships, scheduled on September 18-25 in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, thanks to its world ranking for the year 2022.

By mid-August, the Kingdom was 43rd (out of 201 countries ) in the ranking of the International Cycling Union (UCI).

In a statement, the Royal Moroccan Cycling Federation said that seven athletes will represent the national flag at this sporting event.

The Kingdom will also be represented by three U-23 cyclists, including two juniors and one female junior.

Besides Morocco, Africa will also be represented by Eritrea, South Africa and Algeria.
