Thundershowers Expected on Wednesday in Several Provinces

Rabat – Strong thundershowers (20 to 30 mm) are expected this Wednesday in several Moroccan provinces, announced the Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM).

Thundershowers of 20 to 30 millimeters are expected on Wednesday from 2 to 10 p.m. in the provinces of Ifrane, Sefrou, Boulemane, Taza, Guercif, Taourirt, Jerada, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Khenifra and Al Haouz, said the DGM in an orange-level alert bulletin.

These stormy showers will be accompanied locally by hail and wind gusts under storms of 60 to 70 km/h, said the same source.
