At the beginning of its proceedings, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister of National Education, Preschool Learning and Sports on “the data and novelties of the start of the school year 2022-2023”, followed by a presentation by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman on the government’s action in Parliament, during the first legislative year of the eleventh legislature, said a statement by the department of the Head of Government.
The Council will then consider a bill amending and supplementing the law on the code of basic medical coverage, before studying two draft decrees, the first of which relates to the creation of the industrial acceleration zone of Fez-Meknes, and the second amending the decree on the implementation of the law on the mining region of Tafilalet and Figuig.
The Council will also consider proposals for appointment to high office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, concluded the statement.
