In a statement to the press, Ouahbi described as “constructive” the discussions and debates that have emerged during the meeting of the Executive Board, which comes in preparation for the 38th session of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers, scheduled for Thursday in Ifrane.
During this meeting, all items on the agenda, including the decisions and policy conventions to be addressed Thursday at the Council of Arab Justice Ministers, were discussed and debated, and all decisions were agreed, he said, considering, in this regard, that the meeting was “a positive starting point” for the 38th session of the Council.
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice and head of his country’s delegation, Omar Al-Sharqawi, said in a similar statement that the meeting addressed several topics, including the relationship between the Councils of Arab Ministers of Justice and Interior, as well as a number of Arab laws of orientation, including the criminalization of hate speech.
