This area has two distant competitors, such as Chile and the Australian west coast, he added, noting that “it is no coincidence that there is enormous interest from investors from all over the world in this area”.
As for investments, the minister affirmed that the Guelmim-Oued Noun region is the most attractive in Morocco, especially because of its positioning, indicating that in the next 4 to 5 years, between 40% and 50% of the investment amounts planned in Morocco refer to this region.
