Tangier to Host 14th International Forum MEDays on Nov. 2 to 5

Tangier – The Amadeus Institute organizes, from November 2 to 5 in Tangier, the 14th International Forum MEDays, under the theme “From crisis to crisis: towards a new international order?”

Placed under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, this edition will be an opportunity to discuss the main geopolitical, economic and social issues that are shaking the planet, including the war in Ukraine, conflicts and instability in Africa, tensions in the Indo-Pacific, food and energy crises, inflation, climate change, says a statement from the Institute.

After two years of absence, due to health constraints, the MEDays Forum is once again bringing together a community of 230 distinguished speakers from 80 countries, as well as experts and observers attentive and curious about international relations, bringing the number of expected participants to 5,000.

“The international order is changing. The center of geopolitical gravity is moving due to the assertion of new powers, diversification of international partnerships and development aspirations of emerging countries, including those of the African continent,” notes the same source.

The recent crises, too little supported by concrete multilateral responses and operational, will be the focus of exchanges of the community of stakeholders MEDays, stresses the organizers’ statement.
