Tourism: Morocco in Full Force at WTM in London

London – Morocco is marking a remarkable participation at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, which is held from November 7 to 9, thanks to a colorful pavilion of more than 630m2.

Amidst some 3,500 exhibitors, the stand of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) enjoys a prominent place, with about thirty tour operators, Royal Air Maroc, representatives of regional tourism councils of several regions of the Kingdom and the National Confederation of Tourism (CNT).

The stand, which enjoys a high visibility, offers a diversified animation, an immersive digital space, a projection of the campaign film “Morocco Kingdom Of Light”, a corner dedicated to Arabic calligraphy and experiences both musical and culinary.

Through this participation, the ONMT aims to present the destination Morocco and its assets to a target audience in the United Kingdom, to capitalize on the presence of major actors in the industry to maintain contact, review the current partnerships and explore avenues for development.

The WTM is also an opportunity for the ONMT to take advantage of the presence of a global press, in order to ensure a visibility to the destination Morocco.

The main objective at this event, which is expected to attract more than 25,000 visitors, is to accelerate the pace of growth and double the flow of tourists from the UK and Ireland to Morocco by 2027.
