The agreement, inked by Noureddine Mouaddib, president of the International University of Rabat and Eytan Eshel, Chief Technology Officer of Israel Aerospace Industries, in the presence of Amir Peretz, chairman of the company’s Board, aims to strengthen cooperation and partnership in applied research, innovation, joint development, program design and academic research.
This agreement will promote and strengthen the position of the UIR, and develop its multidisciplinary training offer, which currently covers many fields of study, notably in the information technology engineering, digital, aerospace, automotive and renewable energy sectors.
The agreement will also allow the International University of Rabat to benefit from the expertise and experience of IAI, an internationally recognized leader in research and development in the civil aviation industry.
An UIR delegation led by university president Noureddine Mouaddib is currently visiting Israel, during which it will hold several meetings with academic institutions.
On Monday, the delegation held meetings with the heads of start-ups in the field of technology, including “Startup Nation Central” and “Broadware Group”.
