Guelmim: 10th International Cycling Challenge HRH Moulay El Hassan Kicks Off

Guelmim – The 10th edition of the International Cycling Challenge HRH Moulay El Hassan, organized under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, started on Tuesday in Guelmim.

This event is marked by the participation of cyclists representing, in addition to Morocco, represented by the three national selections (the first team, the Olympic team and the regional team), the national selections of the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and Mauritania, as well as continental teams from Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Arab Emirates and Morocco (Sidi Ali Unlock).

The first phase of this race connects Guelmim to Tan Tan on a course of 125.4 km.

Participants in this edition, organized as part of the celebrations of the 47th anniversary of the Glorious Green March, compete for three trophies in three stages of the Challenge, registered in the calendar of the International Cycling Union (UCI) since its first edition in 2010.
