Signed by CNON chairman, Hicham Sabiry and president of the Israel Bar Association, Avi Himi, this agreement aims to create a framework for cooperation and partnership to promote a climate conducive to investment.
The agreement “covers all aspects of the legal systems that are the responsibility of the notary, including investment, legal data, texts regulating investment, the provision of accurate data, etc.,” Sabiry told the press.
For his part, Himi stressed the “great importance” of this agreement between the lawyers of Israel and the notaries of Morocco, “a welcoming country, which we hold in high esteem”.
