Marrakech International Film Festival Pays Special Tribute to Indian Actor Ranveer Singh

Marrakech – Organized under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, the 19th Marrakech International Film Festival (FIFM) paid a special tribute, on Friday evening, to Indian actor Ranveer Singh.

During this tribute ceremony, marked by the presence of the brightest stars of national, Arab and international cinema, as well as personalities from the world of art, culture and media, Bollywood star Ranveer Singh expressed his gratitude to the Festival Foundation, before receiving the Golden Star presented to him by the advisor to the president of the Foundation, Mélita Toscane du Plantier.

The Indian actor expressed his joy at being present in Marrakech, as well as his love for his fans in the ochre city, who welcomed him in a warm and festive atmosphere.

The Asian star considered that this tribute will be a motivation for him to continue presenting more innovative and creative works in the future, and expressed his pride in representing Bollywood cinema at this important film event.

During this ceremony, clips from Ranveer Singh’s most outstanding films were screened.

At the end of this tribute ceremony, the inhabitants of Marrakech joined the Indian star in the mythical Jemaa El Fna square.
