BAB Magazine Dedicates Latest Arabic Version Issue to Qatar World Cup

Rabat – Maroc Radar’s monthly magazine BAB has devoted its November issue in its Arabic version to the 2022 Qatar World Cup which starts next Sunday.

”Winning the World Cup: When will this dream become legitimate?”, headlines the magazine which has collected for this purpose the opinions of specialists, including former footballers, coaches or club leaders, questioned on the conditions necessary for this dream to become reality for Moroccan fans, or at least a legitimate dream.

This issue also includes an article on the controversy surrounding the organization of this edition of the World Cup since the announcement of the host country, Qatar, 12 years ago.

The editorial staff of the magazine also reserves a light on the economic stakes of this World Cup “What will Qatar gain from this World Cup?,” addressing the expected benefits of this organization in the short and medium term for this Gulf country.

More globally, the magazine reserves two other articles that evoke the importance of football today, one entitled “Football, a soft power tool” and another “More than a game, the ball, FIFA and politics” which evokes the power of the International Football Federation.

This issue, which is almost 100% football, also includes a nostalgic look at some of the most memorable moments in the history of the World Cup, while also highlighting the differences between football before and now.

In addition to the 60-page special report on the World Cup and the world’s most popular sport, the magazine also includes the usual and unavoidable political and cultural topics, as well as opinion pieces.
