Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid: Morocco’s Victory over Belgium, ‘Arab Pride from Ocean to Gulf’

Abu Dhabi – The victory of the Moroccan national team over its Belgian counterpart, Sunday, in the 2nd day of the group F of the World Cup (Qatar-2022) constitutes “an Arab pride from the ocean to the Gulf”, said Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president, prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum described the Atlas Lions’ two-goal victory over the Red Devils as “historic” in a tweet, adding, “This is Arab joy… An Arab pride from the ocean to the Gulf… Congratulations to Morocco”.

Following the draw against Croatia and its victory over Belgium in the 2022 World Cup, the Moroccan national team marks a better start in the history of its participation in this international competition.
