Casablanca Stock Exchange Closes Week in Green

Casablanca - OCP Group, world leader in the phosphate products market, and Fertinagro Biotech S.L., a major fertilizers producer in Spain, announced the finalization, on Wednesday, of the acquisition by OCP Group of a 50% stake in the capital of GlobalFeed S.L.

Agadir - Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohammed Sadiki, and Minister of Fisheries and Maritime Economy of Mauritania, Mohamed Abidine Mayif, chaired Thursday in Agadir, the signing ceremony of a specific protocol on cooperation actions in fisheries research between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
