2nd Pan-African Parliament Youth Dialogue Kicks Off in Rabat

Rabat – The second Pan-African Parliament Youth Dialogue, organized by the Pan-African Parliament, began on Sunday in Rabat.

During this two-day event, participants will discuss several topics, such as “the African Union methodology for youth empowerment and integration” and the two African Union initiatives for the financial and economic integration of women and youth, as well as the “1 Million Next Level” initiative.

They will also discuss “the role of parliaments in youth empowerment”, “youth empowerment through current legal and continental commitments made by member states to address youth empowerment” and “the role of human rights and the primacy of law in youth empowerment”.

The second African Youth Dialogue will be marked by the presentation of the Moroccan experience in youth empowerment, mainly in terms of creating the right conditions for the emancipation and empowerment of young people to take the lead in development issues.
