2022 World-Cup (Morocco-Spain): FIFA Secures 5K Tickets for Moroccan Fans

Casablanca – The International Football Federation (FIFA) has reserved 5,000 tickets for Moroccan fans for the match between Morocco and Spain, scheduled for next Tuesday in Al Rayyan (at 4:00 p.m.), for the Round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar.

“Thanks to the great efforts made by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), FIFA has dedicated 5,000 tickets to Moroccan fans, in anticipation of the match between Morocco and Spain, next Tuesday at the Education City stadium in Al Rayyan,” wrote the FRMF on Sunday in a statement published on its social networks.

According to the same source, the tickets will be put on sale on the website of FIFA.

The Atlas Lions qualified for the round of 16 of the World Cup, after finishing at the top of Group F with 7 points obtained in a draw against Croatia (0-0) and two wins against Belgium (2-0) and Canada (2-1).

Spain took the second place in Group E with 4 points, obtained in a victory against Costa Rica (7-0), a draw against Germany (1-1) and a defeat against Japan (1-2).
