On this occasion, Hajoui congratulated the Australian diplomat on his appointment as the first resident ambassador of his country in Rabat, as well as on the recent opening in Morocco of the first Australian embassy in North Africa, the Secretariat General of the Government said on Wednesday in a statement, noting that the two officials reviewed the excellent relations that prevail between the two countries and the promising prospects for their strengthening.
As part of the opening of their countries on the major global legal systems, the two parties agreed to examine the possibilities of exchanges between the Secretariat General of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and institutions with similar responsibilities in Australia, especially in the production and dissemination of law, according to the same source.
The two officials considered, in this regard, that a better knowledge of the respective legal and regulatory systems can only contribute to the strengthening of relations between the two countries, particularly economic relations, the statement concluded.
