2022 World Cup: Soccer Team Delegation Leaves Doha after Historic Participation

Doha – The Moroccan soccer team delegation on Tuesday left the Hamad International Airport Doha, at the end of a historic participation in the FIFA World Cup Qatar-2022.

Chaired by Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, the delegation was greeted before its departure by the ambassador of His Majesty the King in Qatar, Mohamed Setri, and members of the embassy.

On High Royal Instructions, the national soccer team will be given, upon arrival in Morocco, a welcome worthy of its brilliant performance during the World Cup.

The Atlas Lions have signed a historic achievement during this World Cup, reaching the semi-finals of the competition, after eliminating serious contenders for the title.
