In response to an oral question on “the support and funding of project holders under the program Intelaka” in the House of Representatives, Fettah noted that the momentum of the program, launched in February 2020 under the high guidance of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, indicates the willingness of young people to create their own business.
The minister stressed that the reason why a third of young people do not have access to the program is probably due to the lack of additional support to back their projects or their applications to be reviewed.
In this context, she said that the government has concluded a partnership agreement between Tamwilcom and the Regional Investment Centers, to assist entrepreneurs who have not succeeded in getting their applications validated and to ensure the support of those who have received support for their projects to succeed.
