2023 Women’s World Cup Preparations: Morocco Defeats Slovakia (3-0)

Casablanca – The Moroccan women’s soccer team beat its counterpart from Slovakia by 3 goals to 0, Friday in a friendly match held in the Turkish city of Antalya.

Morocco’s goals were scored by Rosella Ayane, Fatima Tagnaout and Yassmine Lemrabet.

The national team will play a second friendly game on February 21 in the same city against Bosnia-Herzegovina.

These two matches are part of the preparations of the Moroccan squad for the Women’s World Cup, which will be held from July 20 to August 20 in Australia and New Zealand.

In the final phase of the World Cup, Morocco, runner-up of Africa, will play in group C with Germany, Colombia and South Korea.
