Tiflet: Three Individuals Arrested for Alleged Possession, Trafficking of Drugs and Psychotropic Substances – Security Source

Tifelt – Three people were arrested Thursday morning in Tiflet, for their alleged involvement in a case of possession and trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances, a security source said.

The elements of the local Brigade of the judicial police at the Tiflet regional police station have arrested Thursday morning, based on information provided by the services of the Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance (DGST), three people suspected of being involved in a case of possession and trafficking of drugs and psychotropic, said the same source.

The suspects were apprehended at a checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Tiflet, aboard a car from a city in northern Morocco, according to the same source, which adds that the searches have resulted in the seizure of 3462 psychotropic tablets.

The suspects were subjected to the judicial investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office in order to determine the possible ramifications of this criminal activity, as well as all the criminal acts of those arrested.
