“The excellent results of Moroccan football are the result of the implementation of the royal high directives aimed at establishing good governance and training and the creation of quality infrastructures,” said Lekjaa at the Carrefour diplomatique (diplomatic crossroads) 126, organized Wednesday by the Diplomatic Foundation at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmoura (near Salé), in the presence of foreign ambassadors accredited to Morocco.
According to a statement published on the FRMF website, Lekjaa welcomed the presence of Carrefour Diplomatique 126 at the Mohammed VI Football Complex and presented to the diplomatic corps present the FRMF’s football development strategy, inspired by the far-sighted vision of HM King Mohammed VI.
This diplomatic crossroads was the occasion for the FRMF President to explain to the various foreign ambassadors the Federation’s football development strategy, which has allowed the creation of the Mohammed VI Academy and the Mohammed VI Complex, both of which contribute to the emergence of talent and the breeding of future champions.
For his part, the President of the Diplomatic Foundation, Abdelati Habek, highlighted the role of sport in general and football in particular in Morocco as one of the levers of social development.
