Rabat - Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi Alami, held talks in Rabat on Monday with a high-level Peruvian parliamentary delegation led by president of the Peruvian Congress' support group for the Moroccan autonomy initiative, Carlos Ernesto Bustamante Donayre.
