Inked by secretary general of the Lalla Asmaa Foundation for Hearing Impaired Children, Jamal El Bernoussi, and vice president of FAAPA, Oumou Barry Sana, on the sidelines of the 6th General Assembly of FAAPA, this agreement aims to promote the "NASMAA" campaign in Africa via the Federation's websites and in all the events of the African member press agencies.
